CalproLab ELISA Test ALP is an ELISA based test for detection of Calprotectin.
Calprotectin is a general inflammatory biomarker, and is mostly used for differential diagnosis and follow-up of patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). For IBD the test is performed on fecal samples.
Each kit contains everything needed for the test: Plate, dilution buffer and wash buffer, standards, controls, conjugates, enzyme, substrate and stop solution.
This product uses ALP for signalling, and is thus measured at 405 nm. The range of the test is 25-2500 mg / kg, and it is possible to test up to 80 sample (singles) on each plate. It is also possible to split the plate according to need, as it is strip based. The plate is validated by manufacturer for Dynex DS2, and program for this can be supplied if needed.
